My original nose was not upturned at all, and I only had silicone and autologous cartilage put in the nasal tip. It’s been 8-9 years since the surgery, so I think it has already settled into place. I’m worried that if I remove this, the nasal tip will look too upturned. Will it look very lifted? ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
