14 years ago, I had surgery with silicone and ear cartilage. The silicone was carved thin and shifted to the left, there was show-through on the left nasal ala as if cartilage was protruding, and my nostrils also became asymmetric. It’s been 8 days since revision surgery, but the nostril asymmetry hasn’t improved and has become even more asymmetric ㅜㅜ It’s to the point where the asymmetric nostrils after my first surgery were actually better. For the revision surgery, silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and donated rib cartilage were used. My nostrils became more asymmetric and the foreign-body sensation is also severe ㅜㅜ I thought that if I had revision surgery, even if it didn’t go back to how it used to be, it would improve to some degree. Even though it’s a nose that has been manipulated a lot, removal after 6 months…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
