My nasal obstruction is so severe, and I didn’t have rhinitis in my original nose either. From what I saw after buying a home endoscope, the left side of my nose, which is more blocked, has the upper part of the septum and the upper lateral side stuck together, so air isn’t passing through there. But on CT, the septum is within the normal range, and anyway I’m going to remove everything, including the silicone, autologous costal cartilage, and spreader grafts. While doing that, I’m looking for a place that will definitely handle the functional surgery too. It would be fine if they collaborate with ENT, or if the director is an ENT doctor. Ah, seriously, I’m giving up on shape and everything, I just want to be able to breathe. I’m really desperate. Please recommend hospitals. For now, ㅋ…
