First, I’m considering having silicone removal, improvement of my existing saddle nose, and deviated septum surgery together. I wanted to avoid using autologous costal cartilage as much as possible, but every place I went for consultation today recommended autologous costal cartilage. 1. ㄴㅈㄹ They said I absolutely have to use autologous costal cartilage. The consultation was kind, but the detailed explanation was a bit like, if we do this and that, there won’t be any problem. The cost was also way too expensive. 2. ㄷㅌㅈ It is possible with ear cartilage and the septal cartilage that was used previously, but it cannot be perfectly corrected.
