The silicone moved toward the nasal tip and a perforation-like phenomenon started. When they opened it up, there was a small perforation inside the nose, inflammation, pus, and a capsule, so we decided to do reconstruction after 6 months. They only removed the silicone, treated the inside, closed it, and I came out. In cases where only the silicone is removed like this and someone lives that way, can the nasal tip become upturned or contracture occur? The nasal tip still has the septal cartilage as is - during the first surgery, the support strut was made sturdy.
