I’m planning to remove silicone after 12 years because of overall pain. Right now my nasal tip shows through, my skin is thin, and they keep saying the tissue must have become thinner too. I also have mild painㅠㅠ They’re saying I should have an overall revision surgery with autologous dermisㅠㅠ How is MegaDerm? Sigh. Just full removal is 1.5-2 million won, nasal tip autologous dermis is 4.4 million won, MegaDerm is 4.8 million won. I’m worried because I’ve heard a lot about buttock scars and dermis being absorbedㅠㅠ Even if it’s not as much as silicone, can the height and shape be maintained well? I’m asking for advice
