I had a consultation at a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam, and they said my nose is slightly asymmetrical, so they would shave it down a bit and do a standard procedure using a nasal bridge implant and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. They said it might be okay to leave out the osteotomy and alar reduction, and that recovery would be easier. I think the osteotomy is probably because my nose is asymmetrical.
