I had surgery in 2015 or 2016, and if I remember correctly, I think both septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. But is it okay to remove only the silicone and leave the cartilage at the nasal tip? If I remove everything, it's uncertain whether I'll go back to my original nose, and even if I do, I might not mind the nasal bridge, but I don't like the nasal tip. I wish there were a place that removes well and also shapes it well. How are ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅅㅅㅇ, and ㅍㄹㅁ? People call them the top three for removal, but are their shapes okay too?
