I want to have removal because of a foreign-body sensation, tightness at the nasal tip, and cartilage show-through, but my original nose really had almost no nasal tip. So if I remove everything but leave the support strut, could the shape be even a little better than my original nose… I'm curious, for everyone who removed implants but left the support strut, how the shape compares with the original nose after removal, and whether leaving the support strut makes the nose lift less during the contraction period and can prevent side effects like columellar retraction
