I had 3 mm silicone and septal extension, and I had it done around December 23 the year before last, so it’s been almost about a year and a half. I always lived without paying attention to it, but my nose feels a bit red. I’ve always had pretty severe flushing, so I didn’t think much of it, but what is the standard for heat sensation? The standard for throbbing is also vague. For me, there’s a bit of a foreign-body sensation, a feeling like a heartbeat. Recently, I’ve been feeling a heartbeat in my nose, thump thump, and a tightening feeling, and the nasal tip feels intermittently ticklish, like a bug is lightly crawling. I went straight to the hospital, and they said there was no problem at all, and nothing on CT either…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
