What I’m really curious about these days is that if contracture happens, it seems like they say that after removing the silicone, cartilage repositioning can bring the contracture down too. So I’m so curious why people say that if you do a total removal, the nose lifts up or the columella curls in. On top of that, every doctor says something different: you need nasal tip revision, you shouldn’t do total removal vs. let’s do total removal, so I seriously don’t know what’s right.
