I did it together with my older sister. We both had hump noses. I had the bone shaved down and covered slightly over it with silicone, and my sister had the hump shaved down and ear cartilage attached to the nasal tip. My sister’s nose is sharp, sophisticated, and looks somewhat noticeable, while mine is a bit rounder and less noticeable. We both like ours. I think each suits our own face. It’s been about two months, and my sister had hers done first. I think I need the swelling to go down a bit more.
