Hello, it’s been a little under 3 weeks since removal. I had ear cartilage in my nasal tip and had septal extension. I didn’t have silicone… I had it removed because my nose became triangular and pinched. The triangle has become very slightly rounder, but it still looks similar to the surgical noseㅠㅠ About 70% surgical nose and 30% original nose. I can hardly see my original nose shape. When will it start looking natural… If you had triangular nostrils, please leave comments. I’m wondering whether I need alar rim loweringㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
