I’ve only had a consultation at one place so far, but I’m leaving a review in case it helps everyone. I had my primary surgery at the end of January. For the nasal bridge, they shaved down the hump and used silicone, and for the nasal tip, they tied the septal cartilage. It wasn’t a nose with that much manipulation. Before surgery, I had a nose where the nostrils didn’t show at all, but after surgery, seeing my nostrils has been extremely stressful. Honestly, my original nose wasn’t very low or unattractive, and I did it along with rhinitis surgery while I was at it, but I regret it so much and it’s been so hard that I ended up getting a removal consultation. I’m definitely leaning toward complete removal…
