It’s been about 4 months since my nose surgery, and at some point I looked in the mirror and noticed that the glabella area was swollen enough to make a visible difference. I went to the hospital where I had the surgery and was prescribed antibiotics, but they said if it doesn’t get better, the silicone has to be removed. I’ve been taking antibiotics for almost 2 weeks, but I don’t see any improvement, so I’m thinking of removing the silicone. Would the step-off be very severe? My natural nose basically had no glabella area. The hospital where I had the surgery did say there could be a step-off if the silicone is removed, but I’m worried about the step-off and the nasal tip turning up
