Revision surgery after double eyelid surgery. I had my first and second surgeries at the same clinic, and because they came undone, I had my third surgery at ㄹㅂ Plastic Surgery. They said it wasn’t a difficult surgery, so I trusted them and did what the director told me to do. They said I needed an upper canthoplasty for the double eyelid to show all the way to the outer side, so I had upper canthoplasty, non-incisional ptosis correction, and natural adhesion double eyelid surgery. We agreed to make both eyes an in-out line, but around 4 months after surgery, as my eyes started coming undone, they were nowhere near in-out. One eye didn’t even fold inward and just came undone, and the other eye had an outline, asymmetry, and the lines didn’t match. The surgeon in charge said that once they went into surgery, it turned out to be more difficult than expected, but isn’t that something anyone could say? It’s so irresponsible.
Before it had even been a year, both eyes had come undone. My right eye only had a line, and my left eye even lost the little double eyelid it had left. They ruined my eyes, so I demanded a full refund of the surgery fee, 2.4 million won, but they quoted a ridiculous amount, ignored even the ruling from the Korea Consumer Agency, said no, and dragged things out. Now they’re brazenly saying the surgeon who operated on me is no longer there. The clinic said they would call me but never did, they blocked calls to the clinic, keep lying, and now they say no refund, no revision surgery, and if I want surgery I have to pay for it. It’s absolutely unbelievable. They ruined my eyes like this, and when I went to the clinic today to talk, they even denied things they had said before. This clinic truly has no conscience. Never go to ㄹㅂ Plastic Surgery. It’s truly the worst.
