For anyone who has had a septal support placed, in my case right now when I smile, my nasal septum is firmly fixed, so it’s really hard to smile. For those who had it removed, can you smile well? When you smile, do you feel pulling in the columella area or a hard sensation? Because my nose is fixed when I smile and I can’t smile properly, I’m thinking of removing the nasal tip too.
