I previously had septoplasty and ended up with a saddle nose. It’s stressful, so I’m planning to correct it and have surgery. After getting an estimate, it included autologous costal cartilage septal reconstruction, nasal tip, nasal bridge, bulbous nose correction, and nasolabial angle correction. My questions are: first, whether septal reconstruction shows externally; second, whether nasolabial angle correction is necessary. I did hear that I have midface depression. My nose looks bad so I can’t take a side-profile photo, but if it improves, I’m posting side-view photos for reference too. Sorry for the gross pic, sorry sorry

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
