It’s been a little over 5 months since surgery, and there’s no support strut or anything like that, just cartilage placed on the nasal tip, so I’m thinking of removing it after 6 months. What I’m worried about is that my nasal cartilage is currently tied. When removing the cartilage, should I also release the cartilage tying? If I release the cartilage tying, I heard that if everything is untied, deformity of the nasal tip cartilage, e.g. asymmetry or upturning, could occur. But if I don’t release it, I’m worried that after removing the cartilage, my nose could look pinched or somethingㅠ I’m thinking of removal because the cartilage is showing through, and one of the hospitals I consulted said that the skin on my nasal tip is currently thin, so it gets red even when touched a little…
