My nose was originally a bit low and long, I think, so I decided on surgery. This is my third rhinoplasty. From the beginning I had contracture and a pinched-nose phenomenon. Even when I raised the nasal bridge and then lowered it, the contracture and upturned nose remained, with asymmetry too. Stressㅠㅠ The last rhinoplasty was 6 years ago, and the last place arbitrarily reduced the width of my nostrils without consent, saying they were narrowing them, so I developed scar tissue under my noseㅠㅠ I want to do it again, but I’m scared worse side effects will come, I don’t know where is good, and I’m worrying about what to do. I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
