During my first surgery, I didn’t do the nasal bridge. I used ear cartilage and only had surgery on the columella and nasal tip, including nasal tip fat removal, nasal tip suture fixation, and nasal tip work. The ear cartilage was showing through, so 6 months ago I had revision surgery to remove part of it, but the show-through became even worse, so I’ve decided to remove all of the ear cartilage from the nasal tip ㅠㅜ Since this will be my second revision surgery, I’m extremely stressed, and I hope it will be my last surgery. For my first surgery too, I used ear cartilage without an implant because I didn’t want to have revision surgery. I’m going into revision surgery after barely receiving a detailed consultation from the clinic, and they hardly answer my questions. I’d like to ask for help from everyone here…
