Can autologous costal cartilage be removed with a closed approach?

It's been a week since I removed the silicone, but I still have autologous costal cartilage in my nose. Right now, though, I want to give my nose a rest period, and later, after 1 or 2 years, I want to remove the costal cartilage. My nose is short, low, flat, and broad, so after having open surgery twice, the columella area looks a bit sunken, and the nostrils feel like they are slightly facing each other. Also, the columella is still healing now, but it hurts so much that I want to have surgery with a closed approach. Is it possible to remove costal cartilage with a closed approach too?
