Day 6 after nose surgery (taking photos down)

I had a severe hump nose, and my right nasal septum was too large, so it was hard for me to breathe through my nose. Even right before going into the operating room, they said they would shave the hump a bit and not touch the bones on the sides, so I thought it would be a simple surgery, but once I entered the operating room, they said my nose was a complete mess. Still, the director was a bit blunt, but he seemed like someone with conviction. He kept asking until the end whether I could breathe through that side, and corrected it until I could breathe. Also, since my nose was on the high side and large, they didn't raise it; they shaved it down and raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage. But maybe because it's still swollen, the area between my eyebrows looks too blunt. How long does it take for this kind of swelling to go down completely?? I also have protruding lips, so I had chin augmentation surgery at the same time. Before, my face was slim, but now it looks like I have two chins, so I'm a little worried. How does it look to everyone??
