Has anyone had their nasal tip done with septal cartilage and ear cartilage and then had a full removal? I thought it was a simple surgery, but I'm so scared of side effects in both my nose and ear that I want a full removal. In this case, could full removal actually damage my nose instead? It's only been three months so far. Would it be better to remove it as soon as it reaches six months?
