They placed grafted donated rib cartilage on the left side and used it for septal extension grafting. When I put my finger into my nostril and felt the inner upper part, it was bulging out a lot. That bulging area was pressing up to the upper part of my outer nasal flesh, so even when seen from the outside, only that area protrudes. The area where it touches feels tight and stinging. I searched and heard that with donated rib cartilage, they place it thickly, and with a capsule forming around it too, cases like this are fairly common. The airway has narrowed, so it’s a bit hard to breathe ㅜ It feels like it’s gradually leaning more to the left. It hasn’t been two months yet, so if I wait, will it improve a bit? Or should I remove only the part that’s touching…
