I had silicone, ear cartilage, and septal extension done. I’m going to get everything removed, and because the septal extension corrected my drooping columella/short nose, my nose looks long now and kind of like Squidward… If the septal extension is removed, is it guaranteed that my nose will become short again? What if my nose stays long even after removing the extension……… If anyone here has been in a similar situation or knows anything, please let me knowㅠ
