My nose has both a bulbous nose and contraction, so it’s a hopeless nose, but people around me told me to get revision rhinoplasty, so I’m going for consultations. I do have revision rhinoplasty in mind, but it isn’t something to decide easily, so I was going to think about it a bit, but if people around me are telling me to get it done, I guess it must be serious. I booked ㅇㅊㅂ, ㄴㅈㄹ, and ㅎㄴㅂ. I heard they’re good with severe noses like mine. If it’s contracted, I need to use autologous costal cartilage, right? Autologous costal cartilage is a bit scary, but is surgery with autologous costal cartilage worth doing? I regret having had nose surgery so much, and I hope it gets better again through revision surgery.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
