Sorry about the pores in the photo It’s been 10 years since I had surgery with silicone in the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip, but starting a few weeks ago, the middle part of my nasal bridge started looking a bit dark, like there’s a slight shadow When I smile, it looks a bit more obvious, like the skin in that area slightly dents inward Could it be because of the silicone? Did some kind of problem develop? Has anyone here seen this kind of situation? I don’t have inflammatory symptoms like heat sensation or pain, but I feel unnecessarily anxious and keep noticing itㅠㅠ Is it just a skin issue or whatㅠㅠ
