I want to remove the silicone and lower the nose tip with 3 mm septal cartilage, but can the septal cartilage be reused Or do I have to use ear cartilage? I’m also worried about ear cartilage later becoming visible or feeling uncomfortable, so I’d want to remove that too If I take out the silicone, my nasal bridge will get lower, and if I only put ear cartilage in the tip, won’t that make it even more awkward
