It's been about 10 years since my surgery. The surgery was done with silicone and septal cartilage. I heard that autologous tissue doesn't cause contracture, but only septal cartilage went into the nasal tip, so why does it get red and painful? It's not like this keeps happening continuously; on days when my condition isn't good, it hurts a bit, then it gets okay again. I'm scared that if this keeps repeating, contracture might happen, so I want to remove it, but if there's nothing particularly wrong, I also want to just live with it. I heard the sense of loss can be big after total removal
