My nose is originally long and my midface is long. I had L-shaped silicone 20 years ago, and it may be a little more upturned than before, but honestly I can't tell. Usually when I read posts about silicone removal, there are a lot saying they want the nasal tip to come down, but if it isn't contracture, wouldn't making the nasal tip come down make the midface look long? If you're a woman, isn't a slightly upturned nasal tip pretty?
