I had my nasal silicone implant removed 10 days ago. For 2 months, I had tightness between my eyebrows, tenderness, and pain only on the left side. The left nasal bridge/between the eyebrows and the nasal ala... Both the ENT clinic and plastic surgery clinic said there were no signs of inflammation. But it turned out to be sinusitis, in the ethmoid sinus. So I took antibiotics for a month and a half, but the pain didn’t go away, and there were many times when it was severe. Then the nasal tip swelled very slightly, and at the end, the whole nose swelled up like an Avatar nose. I urgently begged the hospital that removed it and had surgery. They removed the silicone, lowered the nasal tip, and irrigated it. But they said my autologous costal cartilage had made the nasal tip skin thin and caused a depression. But in cases like this …
