The swelling still hasn't gone down, so my nose is big and awkward, but I'm just waiting, thinking the swelling will go down in its own time.... I used 3 mm silicone for the nasal bridge, ear cartilage, and AlloDerm... I did cold and warm compresses diligently, and the bruising disappeared quickly. I hope time passes quickly and it becomes natural. It looks a little more natural in the photos..... The side-view photo is before surgery, and the front-view photo is after surgery...
