After nose surgery, my nasal tip became upturned. I’m trying to have it removed, but in cases like this, some places say it will come down if removed, and some places say it won’t, so it’s so hard. And there are comments saying it can become upturned if removed, right? Does that mean it can become a bit more upturned than my original nose, or that it can become even more upturned than my currently upturned surgical nose?
