The initial reason I decided to have everything removed was that I had watched from right beside my friend as they struggled with their nose for years: going to the clinic where they had contracture, getting revision surgery, having things removed, then putting something in again, only to get contracture again. Seeing all of that up close made it really hit home that this might not just be someone else’s problem. Even though my nose didn’t have any issues, I feel so much more comfortable now after removal. I actually think maybe it’s fine because I had it removed while there were no problems. I wrote a review in my previous post, but since everyone here was curious about the progress …
