My nose: silicone deviation, nasal tip cartilage showing through, nostrils highly visible - from the front, they are completely visible. 10 years after rhinoplasty, no experience with revision surgery. Desired direction: full removal or silicone removal followed by nasal tip repositioning. While searching here and there, I went to 5 consultations.
