It’s day 5 after early removal Compared to my original nose, my nostrils look bigger, my columella seems shorter, and my nose itself seems shorter. One nostril even looks square… Once the swelling goes down, the nasal tip will come down a little and the nostrils will get smaller too, right? I’m going crazy If you’ve had removal, please help me
