I had removal on day 18. I had my nose raised with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but it became too high, so I was mentally struggling for all 18 days and then had surgery. They said two types of functional procedures would be covered by indemnity insurance, so even though I had no rhinitis at all, I did it, and I had septal extension and hump shaving. At removal, everything was removed, and I don’t remember well, but I think they said they reinforced it with septal cartilage so it wouldn’t collapse. Anyway, now I’m diligently massaging my nose, and although it wasn’t severe, the hump is gone, so it’s prettier than my old nose. It is slightly bulky. I had functional surgery, but I have much more runny nose now, and I think I developed rhinitis. My nose runs without me noticing. I worry even when I snore, and sometimes…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
