Calcification and redness at the nasal tip

I used ear cartilage in my nasal tip, and they said it’s not something that should originally be visible, and that it’s calcified. They said the redness is also because raising the nasal tip is causing irritation. But one place recommended revision surgery by just covering it with dermis on top or lowering the silicone, and another place said to remove everything completely and either do revision surgery after six months, or for removal, take everything out completely the same way and do implant-free surgery using donated costal cartilage and dermis to raise only the nasal tip. Which one is right? I’m so stressed ㅜㅜㅜ I’m planning to go to more consultations for now, but please recommend hospitals or tell me what people with cases like mine did ㅠㅠㅠ Help me ㅠㅠㅠ Even during my first surgery, things went wrong, so back then too, it was open…
