I went to the hospital where I had my previous surgery for a consultation. Removal of the nasal bridge silicone, removal of the philtrum silicone, removal of the ear cartilage and Medpor in the columella. To prevent the nasal tip from drooping too much, since my original nose is a broad, arrow-shaped nose, I wanted a little correction. After removing the Medpor, the columella would be reused with ear cartilage, meaning only ear cartilage would go into the columella. The step-off between the nasal tip and nasal bridge would be filled with autologous dermis. They would harvest additional ear cartilage and put it in the philtrum, which I think everyone calls cat surgery. What do you think? ㅜ Autologous dermis also seems to have subtle side effects, like becoming bumpy…
