Having a saddle nose itself means the septum is very weakened, so I’m worried that if I do total removal in this state, problems might arise even a few years later. During my first surgery, they harvested even septal bone, and I’m also curious whether it’s common to harvest bone as well, not just cartilage ㅜㅜ
