Has anyone here had nasal valve spreader grafts removed? Right now, I have mesh placed over the nasal valve and the upper part of the nasal septum I’m planning to have everything removed because of the foreign-body sensation, but there seem to be quite a few places that don’t touch the nasal valve. Does anyone know which hospitals are good at evaluating both the nasal valve and saddle nose?
