Has anyone here had nasal valve spreader grafts removed? Right now, I have mesh placed over the nasal valve and the upper part of the nasal septum ㅜ I’m planning to have everything removed because of the foreign-body sensation, but there seem to be quite a few places that don’t touch the nasal valve. Does anyone know which hospitals are good at evaluating both the nasal valve and saddle nose?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
