Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Silicone removal

I'm in my late 40s now, and I had nose surgery about 20 years ago. I had a slight hump on my nose and a protruding mouth, so I had nose surgery. They didn't shave the hump and couldn't put silicone in the bridge, so they only put silicone in from where the hump started, and there were no side effects. After that, 3 years later, I had orthognathic surgery and my mouth moved inward, but now with age and time my nose has sagged too much, so I want to have surgery again. They say revision nose surgery has the most side effects, so I'm scared when it comes down to actually doing it.
