It’s been 2 years since I had nose surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but I can’t do eum-pa-eum-pa, and the columella area is hard, so it feels like it doesn’t stretch. Even when I smile, should I say it feels like the columella is fixed in place? I think it’s because of the septal extension. If I remove it, does this get better too? If anyone has had removal, please let me know ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
