I had my first surgery with a closed approach, and maybe because it was a simple surgery without relatively major manipulation, I only have silicone and ear cartilage. They recommended a closed approach, but can the capsule removal and cartilage repositioning still be done wellㅠ Does anyone know about this?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
