It’s a revision rhinoplasty, and I’m even considering autologous costal cartilage, so if possible I’m looking for a place that handles autologous costal cartilage well. Besides ㅋㅂㅈ and ㄷㄷㅇ, where else is there? I don’t want donated rib cartilage, and if possible it would be nice not to use rib cartilage either, but from what I see, most nasal dorsum deformities have to be done with rib cartilage, they say

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
