Restoring a hump nose and recreating the hump

I did post this in the plastic surgery chat room, but the voting rate was low, so I’m posting it again in the nose removal/reconstruction room. Sorry, sorry. I’m male, and after removing my nasal hump by osteotomy, my bridge was raised with silicone and my nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, so the straight-line look feels very artificial. I want to have surgery to lower the nasal tip a little and recreate the hump. I’d like to either remove the silicone completely and add some autologous cartilage onto the nasal bridge to create a hump, or use a 3D implant to reduce the silicone height and make a custom silicone implant that creates a slight hump for revision surgery ㅠ For men, personally…
