I’m male, and after removing my nasal hump by osteotomy, my bridge was raised with silicone and my nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, so the straight-line look feels very artificial. I want to have surgery to lower the nasal tip a little and recreate the hump. I’d like to either remove the silicone completely and add some autologous cartilage onto the nasal bridge to create a hump, or use a 3D implant to reduce the silicone height and make a custom silicone implant that creates a slight hump for revision surgery For men, personally…
