I’m someone who has had a silicone nasal bridge and ear cartilage for over 10 years. An acquaintance had it done at ㅍㄹㅁ and it turned out well. It looked just slightly prettier than their natural nose, and the doctor seemed confident and professional. After touching my nose, he seemed to understand my nose well too, and he recommended a closed approach for me. He said he would partially remove the capsule, and if I do it here, what worries me is anxiety about whether the remaining capsule could cause problems later, and anxiety about whether surgery can go well with a closed approach… I haven’t gone for a consultation at ㅅㅇ yet, but the reviews in a clinic-review community are good…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
