I am thinking of removing my nasal silicone implant and doing only the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage without an implant. Should I have the silicone removed first, or will the clinic remove it for me? It has been 3 years, and I feel anxious about the silicone, so I want to remove it and have revision rhinoplasty without an implant. I do not know half of this stuffㅜ I was recommended ㅇㅂㅈ and ㅇ유 ㄷㄴ as being good at revision surgery
