I’m planning to have everything removed after revision rhinoplasty, and there’s no implant. If it’s not urgent, is it better to do it right at the 6-month mark, or is it better to wait plenty of time, about a year or so?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
